We came back to Colorado 3 years ago after living in France for 17 years so that we could see our grandchildren being born and be here to help! After having 4 granddaughters in 2 years, we now have an opportunity to return to France for one year and would like to pursue that. We hope to find tenants who are respectful and who will take care of our beautiful home as if it was their own. There are 3 large bedrooms and a den or open office upstairs as well as a small sleeping loft. The home has plenty of charm and has features such as a beautiful stained glass rose window. There is an upstairs deck off the master with views of the mountains. The side yard has a large deck with bbq, seating and plenty of space for outdoor living. It’s a very comfortable home and you can walk to top restaurants, coffee houses and boutique shopping on Pearl Street. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within walking distance as well.
