This is a shared accommodation located in our rebuilt Victorian home on a leafy street near Christie park on the subway line. We are offering one private bedrooms located on the 3rd floor at tree top level with lots of natural light. Modern with a minimalist decor with new foam mattresses, super quiet and private. The Bedroom has its own en-suite, with a bathtub/ shower and some amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner). Bed and bathroom linens are provided. Laundry facilities washer, dryer and laundry sink, on the same 3rd floor private to the 3rd floor and shared with one other bedroom . You will provide your own laundry detergent. There is also a kitchenette in the 3rd floor laundry form light meals. Access to the communal kitchen on the main floor where you will be assigned your own fridge drawer and cooking times. The bedrooms are free of any of our personal effects so it’s easy to make the space your own and be totally private, clean, an excellent maintenance and very comfortable. Includes High-speed Internet What is shared: The main floor which consists of the kitchen, dining and sitting area. On the exterior: A covered front porch and a semi-covered back porch and a back yard garden in the warm month. BEDROOM DETAILS: - #3 . A spacious, X large bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress and a large sitting area and work area with a desk and chair. Total of 500 sq. ft., (46.45 sq m). Cost CAD$950.0/week for one person. Offered to non-smokers only, people who are mature ie must be over the age of 25 years, can be respectful of us and our property Kitchenette details, The kitchenette on the third floor is set up with a Kurig coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave and a sink. Ideal to make a coffee, an instant soup or heat up a frozen meal or pizza in the microwave. (There is no stove or cooktop in this space but you are welcome to use the main floor kitchen and you will be assigned your own pull out fridge draw in the main kitchen. You will have full access to all the common area, consisting of a dining, living, kitchen, sunroom, and front and back porches and backyard in the warmer months. The neighbourhood is a vibrant and safe residential area,. We are directly across from the leafy Christie Park and five minute walk to Christie Subway. A highly walkable area where all amenities are close by. Only steps to public transit, or a leisurely walk to the University of Toronto, ROM, Royal Conservatory of music, Koerner Hall, all the hospitals on University Avenue and so much more.
