The house is bright with lots of natural light from its cathedral ceilings, large picture windows and numerous skylights with hardwood floors and cherry doors and cherry trim throughout. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom – its sliding glass doors open to the back deck . The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bay window. The third bedroom has a sofa bed. Free tennis and pickleball courts and playground at the Ellis Hollow Community Center, and hiking trails (Ellis Hollow Nature Preserve) are within 2 miles. We are 7 minutes from Hammond Hill State Forest, which is fabulous for hiking and cross country skiing. For winter fun, downhill skiing is only 17 miles away at Greek Peak. Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, we are close to many wineries, gorges, hiking trails, state parks, and more.
