Size: 100sqm: - 2 bedrooms (1 room with queen-sized bed; 1 room with double bed & single mattress) - each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (so, yes, 2 bathrooms in total) with shower and 1 bathtub - 1 bright open concept living room, dining area and kitchen (all new appliances including dishwasher and microwave) - 5 small balconies facing West (gorgeous sunsets with a view of the Fernsehturm) and a 15sqm Terrace with seating area and parasol getting the morning til afternoon sun. - Multiple working / office areas in the flat - Floor heating - Automatic "jalousien" - Aircon / heat pump in living room and master bedroom Location: Falckensteinstrasse, 2 min walk from Schlessiches Tor, 8 min walk to Warschauer Strasse S-Bahn/Train. Loads and loads of services, bars, restaurants and green areas (canals, Görlitzer Park, and 15 min walk to Treptower Park). 5th Floor, no elevator (but you get used to the stairs pretty quickly!).
