Description
I'm an independent traveller from South Africa and have travelled fairly extensively. Most of my travel has been solo, which I love. I've lived in the US before, having attended Vassar College and now live & work in my home country. For this first exchange, I am looking for a Manhattan apartment for a one to three week period; I'm flexible on the amount of time. Ideally, with an elevator or a walk up of no more than one floor.

Comments: Close to two major universities in Johannesburg & a short ride/ walk away from the thriving entertainment centres of Parkview, Melville, Rosebank & Sandton makes this quaint cottage ideal. It's a very private cottage on a property with a bigger "main house" & is set in a beautiful garden while being minutes away from the best restaurants & more. Extremely safe and secure, two-bedroom cottage with a large bathroom (including bath tub) and an open-plan kitchen/ lounge. The kitchen has a SMEG gas stove & electric oven as well as all other kitchen amenities. There are other people who live on the property and plenty of parking space.

Comments: Prefer an exchange, but am also able to do a rental. Rates are completely negotiable and my unit includes weekly cleaning (with linen change, once a week), all utilities and WIFI. There's also parking available should you choose to rent a car.
