My home is a condo in a former church right on the corner of Wooster Square (park). You will have everything you need for a visit to Yale. It's walking distance to everything in New Haven (both train stations, main campus, the law school, Sterling Memorial Library, Little Italy pizza, cafes, State Street restaurants, campus shuttles, downtown, East Rock). It is perfect for someone who needs a quiet, attractive place close to Yale and who likes to walk and bike ( I can also provide a permit for street parking). The main space is open and light filled, with high ceilings and arched windows, and the bedroom is a large loft area. The home is decorated with art and antiques, with a comfortable queen-sized bed, high quality sheets, pillows, and towels, a well-furnished kitchen, cooking basics, a big screen TV, fast wifi, nice furniture, a great central living space, gas fireplace, plenty of natural light, washer&dryer, even a sofa bed for a guest. You will have the place to yourself, including the main living area, kitchen, and the recently renovated bathroom. I will reserve the (windowless) ground floor for storage. Length of stay negotiable, minimum one week, maximum (apart from Fall 2025) six weeks. Utilities are not included, and a $150 cleaning fee is additional. I will also request a refundable deposit. (If you want to rent the lower floor, which has an additional bathroom and two bedrooms, I would consider including the additional space depending on the circumstances, including length of stay and costing.)
