Large private apartment in beautiful, historic, villa and grounds

I am a creative professional and recently acquired dual citizenship as an American-Italian. I work from home inside my beautiful villa apartment and am currently developing an artist residency and retreat program here at the villa. While I build out my plan, I graciously welcome guests to stay with my partner and I in the apartment that adjoins my own. My partner is an accomplished professional musician and writer and we both enjoy quiet and privacy as well as meeting interesting people from all walks of life (especially the creative types!) You will have the entire space to yourself as we have another apartment adjoining this within the villa. ***Please feel free to inquire about the other available apartment. It is slightly smaller and available at a cheaper rate. This is the space we use for artist residency and it furnished in a more modern fashion*** Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There are three bedrooms on the first floor, each with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub, bidet, and heated towel rack. There are two other bathrooms on the ground floor, one full bath with shower and bidet, one half bath with washing machine and dryer. We provide bed linens and towels. Please bring your own soaps and personal hygiene products. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and available for your use. We are open to having communal meals together and also cooking for you at an added cost (I am an excellent cook and have an extensive background in organic agriculture and working with professional chefs). Meals can be discussed and arranged ahead of time. Otherwise, you will provide your own food. There is also a formal dining room adjoining the kitchen and living room. Living Areas: A very large living room with a desk, vinyl records, books, CD's, and fireplace. A library on the ground floor hall. A separate office with a desk, ensuite bathroom and fireplace. Large entry hall. Laundry: There is a washing machine and dryer available for you to use. The Grounds: The villa is within approx. 15 hectares of private, walled grounds. There are multiple walking paths, a pool in the summer months (open in mid-May, closed mid-October), a large vegetable garden, ponds, caves, tennis court, labyrinth, and stunning trees and statues throughout the property. The landscape was designed by a prominent landscape architect in the early 20th century in the English style. **The most important thing to note*** You will be staying in a private family villa and your respect and discretion will be expected. This is the home of a prominent Italian family and you will be treated as my esteemed guest. It is a welcoming and kind environment and I look forward to hosting you!
