House available on leafy semi-rural acreage short drive to beaches

Our guest house is well suited to a family that enjoys peaceful living and the outdoors. Large gum trees and abundant wildlife create a peaceful environment, with beaches, restaurants, shopping and airport just 10 min drive away. AMENITIES Tintenbar general store is about 3km down the road. It's open from 7am-7pm each day and has post office, petrol, doctors office, bottle shop, and general foodstuffs. About 6km in the opposit direction is the little town of Newrybar which also has a similar general store setup as well as an awesome cafe and restaurant, called Harvest. For grocery shopping, can get deliveries from woolworths or coles which is pretty convenient. You can also go into those same supermarkets in Ballina (about 10 min drive). Ballina is where we end up going most often for chores and suppplies as it is a decent size and has most of the stuff you need. There is no shortage of great restaurants in this area. Harvest, I already mentioned in Newrybar. There is also a great little food market each Wednesday evening in Newrybar. Lennox Head (closest beach, around 12 min drive) has a bunch of great restauarants, our favourite being Shelter. Byron obviously has tons of great food options too, about 25 min drive. We had awesome vietnamese in Suffolk park last night, about 15 min drive. There is this epic Peruvian place called Bonito In Wollongbar about 15 min away we have been enjoying. A few good options in Ballina too. Another favourite is this country pub called the Eltham Hotel which has great outdoor eating and live music. So yeah, plenty options! HOUSE FEATURES Downstairs features a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen & dining area with gas cooking, full size-fridge, microwave, dishwashwer, nespresso coffee & tea station, and pantry. In the lounge room you'll find a 65" OLED TV with surround sound and access to streaming services. The downstairs queen bedroom has access to a full bathroom. The kitchen/dining area leads out on to a covered patio with BBQ and hot tub facilities. Upstairs you will find an oversized queen bedroom leading out to a North-facing deck, There is also a twin bedroom leading with adjoining second second bathroom (bath & shower) leading on to a South-facing deck. The queen bedroom has a TV and a double sleeper couch. The two king single beds in the twin room can be joined to form a king-size bed. Killen falls is a short walk down the road, the artisanal village of Newrybar with food market and Harvest's amazing cafe and restaurant just a 7 minute drive. Plentiful world-class beaches and eateries can be found at Lennox Head (15 min) and Byron Bay (25 min). Ask us for our recommendations!
