Comments: Very quiet home for a single person or a couple. The office can be modified to become a bedroom as needed. All new appliances throughout the home. Working wood fireplace. Beautiful meadow/creek view out the back from the furnished patio

Comments: Totally renovated Condo. Built in 1984. Updated with all new furniture, bed, kitchen. Attached garage. 1 large primary bedroom. 1 office. Infrared sauna. Very quiet neighborhood, which is also walkable, and bike-able to the IIU Campus.
