We are spending our 2024-2025 sabbatical overseas and renting out our home in Huntington, a family-friendly neighborhood in Gainesville close to Buchholz High School and William Talbot Elementary. The house is about 3100 sq.f. and is located at a cul-de-sac ad features 3 bedrooms, a large in-law suite (with own bathroom), and 2 additional bathrooms. It also has open space containing kitchen/family room, living and dining rooms, and a separate study. The house has a screened pool (with jacuzzi) and a large pool-deck area. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a large new inbuilt stove. This is a great house with walking distance to public transport (we commute to UF and take advantage of free public transport), Magnolia Park and several good restaurants, and short drive to the Devil’s Millhopper and San Felasco State Parks. The house is fully furnished and has a very well-equipped kitchen.
