Looking for a considerate person / couple / family to enjoy the space and take care of the house while I'm away for the year. The home is furnished and includes a washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Back yard has a hot tub as well as fruit trees -- lemons from the lemon tree fruit throughout the year, while persimmons fruit in the fall. The house has a detached in-law unit in the back where a kind, quiet young woman lives. The unit has its own entrance. The main house and in-law have separate yard areas but both have access to permissions and lemons from the backyard fruit trees. The house is walking distance to cafes, grocery stores, public transit, restaurants, and beautiful parks.
