I am a professor at the University of Toronto. Seeking responsible and clean renter(s) to look after my apartment with many books, dvds, and music during my sabbatical year away from Toronto. I enjoy cooking and entertaining in the open concept kitchen-dining-living room, the proximity of movie theatres, concert halls, restaurants, cafes, parks, and the ease of shopping with both grocery stores and high end shops within a few minutes of walking. I especially enjoy the stunning sunrises, a sliver of the lake in the distance, and the view of Rosedale in the summer and autumn. The building is clean, well managed with excellent amenities, courteous neighbours and helpful staff. It is a real treat to have 24 hour free access to the gym, pool and sauna, and underground parking, especially during the harsh winter months. The building also has common areas for large gatherings, and guest suites for visitors that may be booked at reasonable costs.
