All of Kingston’s theatres and concert venues are within walking distance as well. A number of excellent primary schools, both public and private, are also within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood is very friendly, and well maintained, offering a nice mix of good quality student housing, and many restored single family homes.

Comments: Average utility costs on a 12 month basis in 2021 was approx. $500 / month. Lower in summer, higher in winter with heating costs. However, this year, with the rising energy costs, we anticipate an average of $600 / month.
Comments: If you have a car there is space for one or two cars to park on the driveway. The garage is not available to tenants.
If you wish to work in the flower gardens / mow the lawns, that would be great. Otherwise we will keep them tidy.
