Description
We are a family of 3 children (14,6,3) from Québec, Canada. I will be traveling alone for most of the stay, although my husband will come for 2-3 weeks with our kids. We often spend our winters in Somerville as I am a researcher at Harvard, but located off-campus for the rest of the year. My husband owns a tree farm & nursery so he gets free time during the winter. We love to spend it in Boston, enjoy the warmer climate and the city. We are also big fans of university hockey games and winter hikes around the Cape. We are looking for a furnished home for February and a part of March 2024 (dates flexible), ideally with an off-street parking spot and at walking/biking distance from the Harvard campus. We have always been super respectful of the other places we rented and we can provide references. We would also be happy to perform house-sitting duties such as taking care of cats and plants, removing snow etc. In 2024, I am going to work on new research projects on fish biomechanics at the Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology.

About Me
I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology. I am also affiliated with the US Geological Survey, with which I conduct research on migratory fish ecology. I am from Québec, Canada and spent a lot of time traveling for work or for pleasure during recent years. My family is originally from France so we often go to Europe to visit them. My husband Marco owns a tree farm in Québec so I share my time between our family home in Québec and the US, either working remotely, in the lab or in the field!
