Remote Educator Looking for a Long-Term Apt in Lisbon, Portugal

I’m a writer/poet and educator from NYC, originally from Puerto Rico. I have an MFA in Creative Writing, and have worked in higher education for over 10 years (I’ve been teaching remotely since the pandemic). I love to travel and have been to many places, and decided to make Portugal home for a while. After over a year of planning, I’m currently in the process of applying for a D7 visa to move to Lisbon in February 2024. I’m looking to rent a furnished/semi-furnished, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for 1 year, close to transportation and shops. My budget for a 1-bedroom is $750-1100 euro and $1200-1500 euro for a 2-bedroom with utilities or partial utilities included (I’m flexible for the right place). Landlord/Owner must be willing to provide a verification of residence or a rental agreement for visa purposes. I’m mature, caring, reliable, and trustworthy, and available to connect via Zoom, Skype or Facetime to discuss more. I’m also open to a long-term apartment exchange.
