Looking for Pet-Friendly home for an animal lover with exceptional animals

I’m looking for a home I can stay in and love. I’ve sold my house (10 day closing), and am now open to moving within Fort Collins or to the Laporte area. I’m looking for a space that feels like home, a home for myself and my son (he is an amazing 15 year old), and this is an opportunity to find a place where we can stay, continue to be part of a community, and a place where he can finish HS. I would ideally love to rent on a farm and be part of a community of like-minded visionaries. I moved to the Fort Collins area to follow my dream of finding a Farm where I can start a sanctuary for animals and create a non-profit working with kids. I’m passionate about kindness for all beings, great and small. This has been my dream, but, for now, I am open to rent a home that I can care for as much as I have cared for my own house - I’m handy, smart, capable of taking care of whatever needs my attention, clean, tidy and strict with my animals. They have been great travelers, coming with us on vacations, staying in hotels and Airbnbs. I have great reviews and also have personal references. I have realtors who can attest for the care I have taken of my house, a home with NO pet odors. This is also important to me, I do not want to smell my house as I enter it. They do not damage anything, I trim nails weekly, and I have cat trees and scratching posts. Dogs are also well behaved and DO NOT mark or bark.
