Looking for affordable long term 2 bedroom

Hello! My flatmate and I are looking for a 2 bedroom flat for a year starting in mid-late September, or maybe early October if necessary. A little about us: We've both been living in Brooklyn the last few years. I (Marina) have been working as a caretaker and developing an artistic practice; she (Carolina) has been working as a teacher at a local bilingual charter school. I'll be pursuing a masters degree in art history at UCL. Carolina will be studying international education policy at LSE. We are hoping to find a flat within commuting distance from the general area of our schools (no more than an hour away on public transport). We are flexible with regards to neighborhood, amenities, and degree of furnishing; our priorities are budget and distance from school. We're hoping for a maximum budget of around 2000-2200 pounds per month. We're interested in south or east London generally in terms of location, but again, we're flexible since our priority is our budget and our commutes. We're open to a long-term sublet or lease takeover. We're both reliable, clean, and responsible tenants who will be mostly focused on our studies and exploring London. We will most likely be traveling or visiting home during the holidays, so we're potentially open to subletting a flat where the original tenant may need to come back during holiday seasons, depending on the dates.
