Looking for a house rental In Madison Wi

We are a retired professional couple of scientists. Our son is a new professor at UW in Evolutionary Biology and we are relocating from Asheville, NC, to be near our family. We are putting our current home on the market in October, 2023 and are looking for a rental house in Madison while we look for a new house to purchase. I graduated from UW and my wife, Rachel Muir graduated from IU. My credit score from Experian, last week was 758. We have dogs and are looking for a house that allows dogs and preferably has a fenced in back yard. Our dogs are Golden Doodles and are well behaved, hypoallergenic and do not shed. We would appreciate the use of a garage. Utilities included is preferred but is negotiable. We have allergies to cats and cigarette smoke. We can perform housesitting functions except for pet care as we already have 2 dogs and cannot guarantee a positive interaction. Location is flexible, although the west side is preferred as that where our kids have purchased a home. House size is flexible although we would prefer something large enough for both of us to maintain an office. I graduated from UW in Medical Physics and worked at Medical Centers in the Midwest until being recruited by the FDA-Medical Devices division in 2007. Rachel graduated from IU in Ecology and has worked as a consultant and for various federal agencies until retiring from the US Geological Survey. She is a retired board member of the American Horticultural Society and has conducted international tours as a naturalist
