My husband and I and our 4yo daughter need 12 months in Melbourne. I will be taking a year post at the Monash Medical Centre before returning home to Tasmania. We are looking for an apartment or house anywhere from Armadale to Clayton in South East Melbourne. Preferably along the train line (Cranbourne/Pakenham). We are flexible about whether the place is furnished or unfurnished, though we would prefer furnished. We would be happy to pay to house-sit or rent. As House sitters, we are houseproud, tidy and avid gardeners. We can look after your home and garden to a high standard. As renters, we have lived in many rentals over the years and also in our own homes. We would take care of the rental as meticulously as if it were our own home.
