Description
We are both academics looking for home as we get settled in the city. We are both art lecturers from UK and Japan teaching at Westminster University and Kingston University in London. We are looking for 4 months (or longer) from Oct/Nov to have good base in the city. We are passionate about art, we love nature and enjoy gardening and green spaces but equally happy in the city with access to culture. We both like keeping a house tidy and clean. We are a young family with new baby looking to find base as we get settled and look to find a longer term home in the city.

About Me
I am an artist, writer and curator. My films have exhibited at festivals and museums internationally. I am a lecturer at University of Westminster with research interest in art, cinema and collaborative practice. My work bridges curatorial and artistic practice, exploring the history of images and how they are governed by culture and technology as well as social and political conditions. For my projects and research I have travelled extensively and developed various projects with grassroots artist groups across South East Asia. I am co-founder of the West Java West Yorkshire Cooperative Movement, a collaborative project with the Jatiwangi Art Factory and Pavilion and part of the steering committee for the An Viet Archives. As well as my work I am passionate about gardening and cooking.
