Hello we are academics relocating to Melbourne. We aren't fussed except we would like 1 bed and close somewhat to the trainline. We have a home in Melbourne but can't move in due to a tenant occupancy. We are happy with any old thing - doesn't need to be fancy or modern. Granny flat is fine. Happy to pay 3 months in advance.
