Description
I am solo, please see my listing in DC for background information 125091 in DC. I travel to Paris twice a year for at least a month. I'm from Quebec and speak French. I take perfect care of my properties so you will be worry-free. I do need an elevator and quiet - so double glazed glass if facing busy street. I am open to various dates and also size such as alcove studio. Hard to find something in 6th especially near Odeon. So if you have a place, please let me know!

I created Le Grand Fromage French Cheese Seminars held through the Smithsonian. As a homeowner in DC, and traveling solo, I take exquisite care of my surroundings which will calm any owner's fears.

Comments: I seek the Odeon area with Metros 4 / 10. Need elevator. Flexible to travel month of May and June and September/October. I am the perfect tenant! One person, keep it all neat and clean.
