Description
I am an historian of modern China, and my family and I have the opportunity to relocate to the Washington, D.C. area. We are looking for a rental home with a one-year lease that begins in July (dates somewhat flexible). We are particularly interested Tenleytown/American University Park (Janney Elementary School). We have one daughter (age 7) who will be entering second grade, and a dog (a beagle-lab mix). We hope to find a rental home with at least three bedrooms, with parking and a fenced yard. We have been landlords/tenants, have rented our home twice on Sabbatical Homes, and would take good care of your home.

Comments: We would like to arrive in Washington in mid-July, 2024, but can be somewhat flexible. For the end dates, we would prefer to stay until the end of the school year.
