About Me
I am British Filipina, born in the UK and grew up in Calgary, Canada. I currently live in England, but will be moving to Aotearoa New Zealand for 21 months with my husband. I’m currently doing a PhD, where my focus is on the decolonisation and transformation of child welfare systems. I am a passionate advocate for Indigenous rights, social justice and change for all. I love cooking and learning about new places through food. My husband and I love hiking, being out in nature, and with community! We are excited about our move.
