My first experience with letting my house through Sabbaticalhomes was a great success. An American couple, teaching at the University of Arab Emirates, rented my countryhouse near Amsterdam last summer and looked after my 19 year old cat. They fell in love with my cat (an old lady) and sent me photo's every now and then to let me know she was well. When I returned home after two months she looked wonderful: fatter, happier , then ever before ! My son (student of history in Amsterdam) spent some time with their cousin -same age, student in Yale-they got along very well and they had the same interests .
