We rented our apartment in Melbourne successfully in the latter part of this year to some wonderful people from USA and again just this month have secured tenants for three months who also come from the US. We have appreciated using the site not only for renting out this apartment but also for finding accommodation successfully for our extended stays in PARIS and Athens in 2010.
