Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I heard about SabbaticalHomes.com through a friend and thought I'd give it a shot (although I did think it would be a long shot). We had a few inquiries and now, all of a sudden, and it looks as though one of them is going ahead. We are thrilled to have someone renting our home in our absence,at least for some of the time, as I was concerned about leaving the house unoccupied for a long period. The money received will also be used to offset some of our costs such as continuing to pay our mortgage while we pay rent during our own sabbatical in Europe. They sound like a lovely family and, in the spirit of SabbaticalHomes.com, we are offering them the use of our car free of charge while they are in our home. I am also going to leave a nice 'welcome' hamper with wine, chocolates, and some treats to get them started.
