I think your website is very good and an absolutely brilliant concept. I am going to recommend it to other friends like us living in Umbria and renting out properties. We are always pretty well fully booked in the summer and autumn months, but we are hoping to be able to fill off season weeks through the Winter and early Spring. Because of our close proximity to the university towns of Perugia, Urbino, L'Aquila, Ancona, Camerino, Florence, Rome and Bologna (oldest university in the world!!)
