Description
We are a retired professional couple with flexibility to travel and looking to exchange our home to explore new places. We are particularly looking toward spending time in spring-early summer in London or Southern England and Ireland. Our home has 3 bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with a king), 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen that is a joy to cook in. The back yard is a wonderful place to relax, with fruit trees, a dining patio and a garden with Adirondack chairs. Upstairs is a family room, office and bathroom. We are near Santa Monica; an easy bike ride to the beach and accessible to the Expo Line in a lovely, walkable neighborhood.

Comments: Wonderful neighborhood with sea breeze and great weather year-round. Beautiful back garden with table, chairs, gas BBQ, fruit trees. There is a detached rental unit behind the house. The exchange is for the front, main house.
