I’m a writer in Brooklyn, New York looking to swap home this spring, and my dates and desired location are fairly flexible. My 2BR apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. The primary bedroom, at the rear of the building, features a full bed, two dressers, and plenty of space. The second bedroom features a twin bed, desk, and dresser. Both rooms are in the back of the building, which overlooks leafy brownstone backyards and are very quiet. Amenities include fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, full kitchen, air conditioning (window units), and heat. My apartment is on a third floor walk-up in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn — a vibrant neighborhood with boutiques, bodegas, top-rated restaurants, bars, interesting shops, the historic Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and beautiful Prospect Park. You can also reach JFK, LGA, and EWR airports and New York’s beaches (Coney Island, Rockaway Beach) by public transit. The closest subway station is Eastern Parkway/Brooklyn Museum, just a four minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of subway lines are nearby (4, 5, 2, 3, Q, B) and you can reach the heart of Times Square in 35 minutes. There are two Citi Bike stations (New York's bike share system) on opposite ends of the street. I look forward to hearing from you!
