We are a retired couple, living in Mexico for part of the year. We seek 1-2 tenants who will really enjoy and take good care of our home. We leave you high end furnishings and nearly new appliances of the best quality, 2 BIG screen TVs, leather and wood furniture, cushioned patio lounges on the large redwood deck +BBQ. A/C and heat minisplits, wood burning fireplace, top of the line washer and dryer, dishwasher, all stainless steel. Linens, towels, bedding, kitchen and tableware - everything you need for a wonderful visit - our Spring is glorious and cool and breezy all summer. An easy, short BART trip into downtown Berkeley or San Francisco. You really don't need a car here yet its in the little gem of a town called El Cerrito. Great highspeed internet connection for work from home. Why do many of the University of California Professors and staff live in our neighborhood? Because it is quiet, serene and lovely here and compared to most surrounding towns, the side walks and parks are inviting and there is little streetcrime or unhoused vagrancy. Deposit & Terms: we provide a standard CA application and lease agreement. Your excellent credit and written references will be verified (a US Social Security number necessary) from employer and former landlord.
