Description
Our home is a town house with 2 gardens and a balcony with views over the harbour. There is access to a 25 meter indoor heated pool and gym. There is excellent public transport within easy walking distance including 2 ferries that are 1 stop from central Sydney. Birchgrove/ Balmain is on a peninsula and so surrounded by water . Many local parks offer spectacular views of the harbour and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. The high street has many cafes, bars and an eclectic mix of restaurants. We have 2 local bookshops and many local pubs. Our cat, Bernie, also lives here and we would prefer the arrangements to include cat sitting and the rent can be negotiated around this. However we could leave Bernies if this is a problem. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask us
