The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor and high ceilings. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person. The apartment is located directly on Helmholtzplatz in the popular Helmholtzkiez near Mauerpark. A Tram station is located directly in front of the door, the subway station Eberswalderstraße is 5 minutes away. The S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee is 10 minutes away. All necessary stores of daily life, such as supermarkets, as well as numerous bars, cafes, restaurants, theaters, cinema are located in the immediate vicinity. By streetcar you can reach Hackescher Markt in 12 minutes. The lease period is from December 18, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
