We live in a 3 bed house from 1800 in the centre of Bristol. We are lucky to have a deck and a secluded back garden. We also have wonderful neighbours, many of whom run small shops, cafes, etc. Top floor has a double bedroom, small child's room, and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink. The main floor has a large living room and kitchen, leading out onto a deck. Ground floor has a large music area/office, an office/bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink (accessed via the bedroom/office). The garden is accessed via stairs down from the deck and via the ground floor bedroom/office. Things to consider!: It is an eccentric house, not an IKEA showroom by any means! For us it is cozy well equipped but will not be perfect for everyone. Our "street" is an old flight of stone steps - full of character but something to be aware of in terms of accessibility. The house also has two flights of stairs inside. As we are in the middle of the city, it can sometimes be noisy in the evenings at the front of the house (upstairs double bedroom and living room).

Comments: We are very open to many destinations!
I need a home suitable for young kids
I prefer smoking not allowed in the home
I would like a car if possible
Comments: Our son is 5 years old but quite sensible and not prone to damaging things! My husband can be allergic to fluffier cats, though we all love cats. We would only need a car if the property was isolated from other transport options.

Comments: We live in the heart of the city, also a heritage area, along a row of houses dating from the 15th-19th centuries. We are surrounded by lovely independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, a short walk to the harbour, parks, the university. We are also coach/train stations to explore beautiful nearby towns, countryside, and with access to London in 90 mins.
