Description
We're looking for a person, couple, or small family to stay at our lovely three-story townhome at UBC campus. We are offering a lower rental rate in exchange for care for our well-behaved and sweet 9 lb chi-terrier. Dog-friendly residents are a must. We are both film professors, so we have great media and sound system, as well as fast and reliable wi-fi. One perk is that our downstairs suite can be a standalone one-bedroom suite with its own entrance and civil address.

Comments: Our bottom suite (which we do not currently have photos of, because our tenant vacates at the end of April 2024), has its own kitchen, washer/dryer, and separate locked entrance. This makes it ideal for two families!
