Looking for a 1yr exchange that's kid friendly - ANYWHERE

We are a family of 4, non-smokers with no pets. Our two sons are age 5 & 6 and we are looking to give them a fun 1 year away-from-home experience during my sabbatical. We are open to shorter exchanges as long as our dates line up. Our home is a townhouse/row home that is 3 stories and located on UBC campus. Everyone that lives in the adjacent units are also UBC faculty with families and kids. The neighbourhood is incredibly child friendly, with many playgrounds within walking distance, grocery store across the street, schools a short walk away, etc. You can get to the beaches within a 5 min drive, or 20 min walk, and have close access to skiing and mountain biking. Our townhouse is child friendly. Two bedrooms have a king bed, and the third has a bunk bed. There is a tv in the master and the downstairs living room. We have a small patio out the back with a trampoline and bbq; Underground secure storage for bikes; The unit is bright and new. Nights are quiet and peaceful, and days are bustling with students. It is a vibrant place to live with easy access to everything Vancouver has to offer.
