Our recently renovated 145 m² family home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower-room. The living room and kitchen are bright and spacious, opening onto a private south-facing garden with a swimming pool, pergola and outdoor dining area. The house is fully equipped for family life, with air conditioning throughout, high-speed fibre internet, 1 separate and 1 open-plan offices, a fireplace and everything needed for young children. Our car (Citroën C3, 5-door, gas) and bikes can be part of the exchange. Located in a cul-de-sac within a quiet residential neighbourhood in north Montpellier, our home is just a 5-minute walk from the Domaine d’O, a beautiful estate with a large protected park. It is a cultural hub hosting festivals, live music, theater, and open-air cinema throughout the year. The historic city centre is easily accessible by tram, while the Mediterranean coast, the Cévennes Mountains (a protected national park suited for hiking, river swimming, and outdoor adventures) are a short drive away. The University of Montpellier and Montpellier University Hospital are also nearby. We are looking for a one-year reciprocal home exchange in Montreal for the 2027–2028 academic year. Our ideal dates are August 2027 to August 2028, with some flexibility.
