I have a beautiful, fully furnished 1 bedroom + den apartment available at the end of October- I will be in Oaxaca for 5 weeks and would love the right person to stay in my home while I'm away. Located in one of the most lush locations in Toronto, I live across the street from the Donvalley Golf Course and a 6 minute walk from Yorkmills Subway Station and Go Transit. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and other amenities are just 1 subway stop away and the closest grocery store Loblaws has a pharmacy which is about a 25 min walk away. Surrounded by gorgeous walking/ biking trails plus you can improve your golf game at the Don Valley Golf Course which is public. Commuting to TMU or George Brown and U of T is a breeze. York U Glendon Campus is a 25-min bike ride or subway ride away. Go Transit takes you directly to University of Guelph from my street. The apartment is fully furnished: queen bed, T.V., 100% cotton bedding & linens, fully equipped kitchen etc. and you can use my bike while I'm away! Very spacious apartment (about 750 sqf), including office space and a 200 sqf walkout terrace. Perfect live-work space. If you prefer to pay in USD let me know. Heat, hydro, water and wireless Internet are included. Laundry is in suite. Preference is for someone to stay from 2-5 weeks. Preference for: graduate students, international students or professionals on secondment/ sabbatical for the duration of the sublet. No pets please. Non-smokers only. $250 security deposit required.
