Quiet residential neighborhood, but a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. No smoking except in garden. First and last month's rent plus security deposit. RENT $2950, includes all utilities, internet, gas, electric, garbage, water etc.. Note: Photos 9 and 10 are the upstairs bedrooms. Both have a bathroom with bathtub and shower and each has its own office.
