Located in a vibrant area across Waterfront metro station (Green Line) and The South West Wharf, shops, and food stores (Safeway, Officina, Wholefood, Harris Teeter), CVS, restaurants, cafes, theaters (Arena Stage) and acoustic halls (The Anthem), zip cars, public scooters, and bikes. Walking distance (in minutes): 2 to waterfront metro (green line); 2 to the Arena Stage. 2 to Safeway and CVS. 3 to The Wharf, 10 to historic Fish market and upper-scale restaurants, 10 to The Bible Museum, 20-25 to National Gallery and the National Mall, 30-35 to Library of Congress and Folger Library, 40 minutes to Union Station (otherwise 20 by metro, and less than 10 by taxi), 15 to Soccer Stadium and Baseball stadium, 20 to Whole Food and Harris Teeter.
