Considerate, kind, quiet neighbours. We've rented with several sabbatical homes families who are happy to provide glowing reference. Located in Bounds Green/Bowes Park, 10 minute walk to Bowes Park train station, 15 to Bounds Green (Piccadilly). 35 minute total commute to Kings Cross/ Russel Sq. We love the vibrant, safe neighbourhood - Myddleton Road (voted best High street in London), nearby Palmers Green and Alexandra Palace. Lots of parks, cafes, gyms, bakeries, restaurants, Greek and Turkish grocery shops with excellent produce and long opening hours. Quiet leafy neighborhood, a few minutes walk to Green Lanes. Street parking, bike shed. The kitchen has all the cooking and cleaning basics. Bathroom and bedrooms have towels, sheets, and everything you need for a comfortable stay (as pictured). The garden is spacious and beautiful and contains a large playhouse for kids (see pics). The warm, quirky studio shed in the photos is divided into two offices and available for use, perfect for a couple both working from home. Rent is £2225 (we can discuss depending on demand) We will send a weekly cleaning lady, when she's available, at our expense. But if she's not available (due to lockdowns or the pandemic), tenants should keep the place clean. Rent will remain unchanged. Utlities, council tax, and WIFI are not included -- we take a monthly fee, then we calculate usage every 6 months and settle up. It's worked beautifully in the past. We love our home and are looking for a quiet, reliable person or couple. Probably best for an academic or other professional looking for a beautiful space to work peacefully.
