Spectacular views of Long Island Sound and Faulkner's island with abundant birds and wildlife. The house is 17 miles from the Yale campus. You can drive all the way (25-40 minutes depending on traffic) or take the Shoreline East Train (about 6 minutes to the station (with free parking) and 20 minutes by train). Parking in the house driveway for 2 cars. Guilford schools.
