Beautiful 3/2.5-bath home close to UT, hospitals, parks, Utilities paid.

We wholeheartedly recommend Frank & Margo as hosts and their beautiful and spacious house in Hyde Park. We stayed there in the fall of 2024 and it was a great experience. The house was perfect for us, and Frank and Margo were caring and attentive (they even decorated the porch for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!).

I really recomend staying at Frank and Margos place. The house is really nice, the area is great and the landlords are friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with. My family and I were super satisfied with our stay in Austin and this house and the owners contributed to this in many ways.

We rented Frank and Margo's house in 2019 and stayed there for almost two years through the pandemic. It was the best rental decision we ever made. The house is newly built, spacious and incredibly comfortable. It has three gorgeous bedrooms with beautiful views over the garden. The neighborhood is quiet and fantastic for walking but there are also excellent restaurants nearby and a wonderful pool just 5 minutes walk away. Frank and Margo are wonderful to deal with and they maintain the garden beautifully. The house is a quick drive from the University of Texas at Austin and many professors live in the neighborhood. We loved every minute of our stay. We have stayed in many sabbatical homes before and this was by far the best!
