There are 2 patios, a front one next to our main door looking out at Mount Garibaldi and a back private one with a BBQ, a cozy couch, and an amazing view of The Stawamus Chief (famous massive cliff face). The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with ensuite, laundry (washer & dryer) and flex room (storage). The 3rd floor has a private rooftop patio with a dining table seating 6 people. Utilities included are electricity, gas, tv and high speed internet, interior parking. Walking distance to elementary and high schools, daycare, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, estuary trails, the bluffs climbing trails, bike trails, marina, Howe Sound... 45 minutes drive to Whistler, one hour to Downtown Vancouver. Easy to travel to with the car sharing app Poparide or public transit such as Squamish Connector. Rate : $3750/month including utilities, bedding and towels. Security deposit (1/2 month’s rent).
