Huge Montreal Loft in the Plateau / Mile End

Huge loft located right on St. Laurent Blvd., at the border between the Plateau and the Mile End. It comes with everything you need and more: queen size bed, nice furniture, luxe bathroom with separate shower and oversized bathtub, dishwasher, washer/dryer, espresso machine, smart TV, voice controlled lights, Sonos speakers, laser printer, exercise equipment, etc. Super well-connected. Two supermarkets less than a 5 minute walk away. Pharmacy and post office literally across the building. I love my flat dearly, so I'm looking for responsible guests. Preference for folks who won't kill my plants (I'll leave super easy instructions). This is a true loft in a former commercial building. 3rd floor. It has a nice industrial elevator/lift, but it's not always working, so if you need access, do check with me first. Also open to exchange for a place in Berlin for summer 2024. Open to other cities in Europe for shorter periods (esp. Vienna, Lisbon, Barcelona, Amsterdam).
