This is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3 bath single family home on a quiet cul-de-sac in north Boulder, with easy access to bike paths, to downtown, and to the University of Colorado. The house sits on the higher bank side of flowing water (during roughly April-October), and you can imagine breakfasting next to the sounds and freshness of a babbling mountain brook for much of the year. One strict policy is that neither pets nor smoking are allowed. Upstairs: Master BR + 2 offices/or/bedrooms; Ground floor: Kitchen, dining, fireplace/family, and office/printer/TV room; Basement: ping-pong table room, washer/dryer room, natural gas furnace and hot water heater. Location is close to a nice park. Our yard consists of grass and mountain plants and wildflowers, and there are many beautiful trees. Internet with WiFi is included in the rental price, as is garbage collection. Note also that guests staying here are welcome to use our 3 bicycles in the garage. It is a short 12 minute ride to CU, a comparable ride to Wonderland Lake, and even faster to reach downtown Boulder by bike. There is room for one car to park in our garage, and additional parking is available on our driveway and in the cul-de-sac. While we state a 2 month minimum duration for your stay, we will consider a shorter stay at a 25% higher monthly price than is listed, if requested.
