Hello.. Welcome to my Sanctuary. Gated Oceanfront complex. Everything you would need to have a fun and comfortable stay. You really do not need a car. You can walk to everything, Stores, Restaurants, Train Station. Uber and LYFT work very well here. You can even have your groceries delivered through instacart. My home has everything you would need to have a fun and comfortable stay. Oceanfront gated complex, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 Jacuzzis 2 Heated pools, 2 gated garaged parking spaces. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee houses and stores. Walk up to the bluff for a glass of wine and take in a sunset. Once you stay here you will want to return. Can be rented for 2 weeks at a time September through June for $3150.00 per week plus fees. Discount for longer stays. Rent is higher in June, July and August

Comments: Ask for rates on longer stays. Especially Fall , Winter and Spring. Summer is always prime time..
