Very private and adjacent to Sausal Creek in the Fruitvale area of Oakland • Spacious 2 Bedroom- 1 Bath (1000 Sq.Ft/ 93 sq.mtrs • Bedroom 2 is adjacent to the front Living Room and the Kitchen, and Guests have used it as a Second Bedroom, Dining Room, Home Office, and Guest Bedroom- your choice and we have furniture for all options. • Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a twin bed. There are also 2 sofas in the Living Room, and one of them is a fold out double sized bed. • Tropical garden at the front, and creekside patio along the length of the flat that is enclosed and looks out over open land (creek-bed with the creek undergrounded) • Bright and cheerful flat renovated to retain the original details and charm, including wood flooring, high ceilings, and wood windows • Large Kitchen with dining table • Washer Dryer in the unit • Bike parking in the creekside Patio LOCATION • Quiet neighborhood in the Fruitvale area (Meadow-brook area).
