Cozy Apartment in Trastevere - Rome

The elegant and quiet apartment is on the 3 floor with elevator in a solid building dating back to 1930 near Viale Trastevere. The view is on one side to Via Ugo Bassi and on the other side to a large and green inner courtyard. The apartment measures are 95 m2 and consists in: Entrance, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (bath/shower), 2 bedrooms with double bed ,wardrobe, large living room and large dining room. There is air conditioning, WiFi, TV and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookery stuff and includes a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. Guests have the entire apartment for their exclusive use. 2 sets of keys (door of the building and front door of the apartment) are provided, which have to be returned upon departure. The good rules of condominium living are recommended, respecting the common areas and the hours of rest at night. Things to consider The apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Upon request, it can also be occupied before 3 p.m., subject to availability. Check-out should be between 8am and 10am. Arrivals after 8pm will incur a surcharge of 20 euros on top of the total amount due, same applies for departures before 8am. People who are not included in the booking and who were not registered at check-in are not allowed to use the apartment unless this has been previously agreed. We ask our guests to turn off gas, lights, fans, air conditioning (the consumption is counted with a counter) and other appliances when they are not at home. Since the apartment is located to the historic center of Rom you can easily reach by walk Santa Maria in Trastevere , villa Sciarra , Il Gianicolo or in the neighbourhood Testaccio. By Tram 8 and 3 or bus H , stop in front of the building, you go fast to Piazza Venezia, Ostiense or the Stazione Termini ,Stazione Trastevere from where you can go by train to Fiumicino airport. In this area you can enjoy many cinema, theater, museum, but also restaurants, bars, supermarkets and on Sunday the flee market"Porta Portese"
