Bath and kitchen are modernized, porches developed into a music room and a study. The house is filled with precious artwork, rugs and furniture. It is surrounded by a small, but pretty garden. The house is in easy walking distance from Macalester College (5 minutes), St. Thomas University (10 minutes), St. Catherine’s University (15 minutes) and bike distance to the University of Minnesota (20 minutes) and Hamline University (15 minutes) (convenient public transportation). The neighborhood is friendly, calm, with tree-lined streets, and in easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and stores (groceries, hardware, clothing, sports, music, art supplies, etc.).
